A little about me
I’m Stephanie—a creative leader with a background spanning design, marketing, entrepreneurship, and organizational development. My journey has taken me from South Florida to New York City and Cambodia, always driven by a simple goal: make beautiful, meaningful things that empower others.
Along the way, I’ve worn a lot of hats: web and graphic designer, business owner, non-profit marketing director, and founder of a multi-year Leadership Academy. Whether I'm directing multi-lingual media campaigns, coaching rising leaders, or shaping a brand's narrative, my passion is the same: taking raw ideas, turning chaos into clarity, and bringing high-impact stories to life with excellence, heart, and a touch of humility.

NEWSLETTERS
Four months, eight phases, three languages, and roughly a million moving parts—welcome to ICF’s biggest project of the year!
I oversaw the creation of our annual Impact Report, turning twelve months of global work into an engaging, story-driven digital experience. Managing the entire chaos-to-clarity journey inside Notion, my team wore a lot of different hats along the way: story hunter, content strategist, video scriptwriter, AI-prompt whisperer, and visual editor. From coaxing hidden-gem stories out of busy department heads to directing multi-lingual video testimonials and hunting down the perfect photos, we brought every piece of the puzzle together into a sleek digital report—plus an entire year's supply of social media and fundraising content.
Cross-Functional Team LeadershipMultimedia ProductionMultichannel Distribution
Serving as a primary engine for donor engagement and global communications, I managed the editorial pipeline for ICF’s multi-language newsletters. Distributed monthly and weekly during campaigns to over 2,000 active subscribers, this publication bridged our global community with real-time stories of impact and strategic calls to action (CTAs).
I curated each issue’s content layout, selecting stories, photos, and updates that aligned with current organizational goals. I drafted and edited all copy, paired text with impactful visual assets, and strategically embedded driving CTAs—establishing a consistent email rhythm that directly drove increased giving and donor conversion with every email.
Social Media
Campaigns
At ICF Cambodia, social media served as a core engine for donor engagement, storytelling, and multi-channel fundraising. I directed our overarching social media and campaign strategy, spearheading three major annual fundraising initiatives aligned with specific, high-impact projects:
Back to School Campaign: Focused on providing children with essential supplies, confidence, and resources for the school year.
Meal Campaign: Aimed at sustaining campus nutrition year-round, successfully driving fundraising efforts toward our 123,000-meal goal.
Brick by Brick Campaign: An ongoing capital campaign dedicated to funding and constructing our new organizational campus building.
I led these projects end-to-end—developing campaign concepts, defining strategic messaging, and writing multi-channel email series. Partnering with our visual team, I oversaw the creation of custom graphics, campaign videos, and promotional assets to maximize reach, maintain brand consistency, and drive donor action across digital platforms.

LEADERSHIP ACADEMY | BUSINESS ACADEMY
What started as a simple idea to train a handful of rising leaders quickly transformed into a flagship, multi-year institution! Recognizing a critical skill gap as ICF Cambodia grew, I conceptualized, pitched, and scaled a full 4-year Leadership Academy—eventually launching a dedicated Business Academy to support local entrepreneurs. Over four years, I expanded the program from an internal staff training of 52 to a widely sought-after public offering serving 90+ students per class, including launching a secondary track taught in Khmer. I curated the 4-year curriculum (anchored in John Maxwell and custom ICF leadership material), authored course workbooks, integrated Google Classroom for seamless operations, and produced our annual full-scale graduation ceremonies. To take the Academy public in Year 3, I spearheaded the marketing strategy, setting pricing models, running social media campaigns, and creating promotional graphics and videos. To top it off, I launched a tailored, high-impact Business Academy in Year 4, delivering targeted short-form sessions on marketing, HR, and strategy to 50+ business owners per class.

Teaching & Coaching
As a senior executive, a significant portion of my leadership was dedicated to empowering others through high-impact teaching and intentional coaching. I routinely facilitated weekly team development, led workshops for our broader organization of 150+ staff (often presenting with live real-time translation), and regularly spoke at weekend services and church events. Within our Leadership and Business Academies, I designed and delivered actionable curriculum—translating core business strategies into practical lessons on branding and marketing, as well as synthesizing transformative frameworks like The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth, Working Genius, The Wisdom Pyramid, and Building a Second Brain. Certified as a John Maxwell Coach in 2022, I integrated executive coaching into daily management while delivering targeted 1:1 personal coaching to unlock individual potential, cultivate emerging leaders, and drive sustained organizational performance.

Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurship has always been in my DNA—from ventures that taught me hard-fought lessons and businesses I’ve built and sold, to driving "intrapreneurial" innovation inside established organizations. But one project holds a special place in my heart: Dessert Tours: NYC. What started as an accidental passion project—exploring the hidden backstreets, secret gems, and creative bakeries of Manhattan—quickly spun into a wildly popular business.
After taking a friend on a curated sweet-tooth crawling tour through the city, demand blew up on Instagram with requests for custom tours. Leveraging my design background, I built the entire brand identity from scratch—designing the logo, visual assets, and full website. I mapped out neighborhood routes, established strategic vendor partnerships with iconic local bakeries, and conquered a notoriously rigorous exam to become an official Licensed New York City Tour Guide. From hosting bachelorette parties and birthdays to guiding locals who wanted to see their city through a fresh lens, I built a brand centered on connection, local exploration, and pure joy.
